Kyle Miller

Kyle grew up in Asia and the US as his father was a missionary, pastor, and professor. Since moving to Austin in 1981, Kyle has earned three psychology and counseling degrees from the University of Texas at Austin and began counseling in 1984. Also since 1984, Kyle has been married to his wife Terri and they now have four children, Nathan (12), Kevin (10), and Kristin (6) and Katherine (1).
Kyle is the director of Professional Christian Counseling Services, a nonprofit, tax-exempt, nondenominational, Biblical counseling ministry in Austin that provides counseling and counselor training. Over the years Kyle has presented seminars covering sixty topics, including spiritual, individual, family, and counseling issues. Currently, Kyle is working on three writing projects, a Beatitude Model of Biblical counseling workbook, an article about Jesus, gluons, and dark matter entitled, Discovering Jesus Personality and Role in the Universe, and an article entitled, The Fascination and Danger of Star Trek.
In addition to the counseling ministry, Kyle serves as a teacher and deacon at Great Hills Baptist Church in Austin. For fun Kyle enjoys studying physics, astronomy, basketball, rock climbing, marathon running, and is a 2nd degree black belt in Tae Kwon Do.
